Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Biblios account and all associated data.

⚠ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data — including your profile, playback progress, favorites, and playlists — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Before you delete: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Deleting your Biblios account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Open the Biblios app
Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm deletion
You will be asked to confirm twice. Read the warnings carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all data.

Done
Your account and all data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days. You will be logged out automatically.

What Data Gets Deleted

Anonymized analytics data Retained*
Purchase records (Apple/Google) Retained*

* Anonymized analytics are retained for app improvement but cannot be linked back to you. Purchase records are maintained by Apple/Google per their policies and legal requirements.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot access the app or are unable to log in, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to support@bibliosapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
